Initial consultation and treatment
When you arrive we’ll talk for around 30 minutes. This is where I get to know you, what is bothering you healthwise, and all the relevant background information including a full medical history.
You can then make yourself comfy on the treatment couch and I’ll take a look at your lower legs and arms, your tongue, and take your pulses.
This information will allow me to make a Chinese Medical diagnosis which I’ll discuss with you, including the acupunture points I’d like to use in your treatment.
We then do the acupuncture. Needles will be inserted and left in for around 20 to 40 minutes. During treatment patients often feel relaxed, with many actually falling asleep!
Once the needles are removed we’ll discuss your treatment plan and book any further appointments.
Acupunture treatments may include the following free of charge: cupping, gua sha, electroacupuncture, tui na (Chinese massage), ear seeds, and herbal ointments.
Up to 2 hours / £95
Follow-up treatment
When you arrive we’ll review your progress since your last treatment, including how you’re feeling regarding the main issue. We’ll also cover any secondary issues that may indicate a positive change is happening.
You can then relax and we’ll then do the acupuncture, with needles being kept in for around 20 to 40 minutes.
Acupunture treatments may include the following free of charge: cupping, gua sha, electroacupuncture, tui na (Chinese massage), ear seeds, and herbal ointments.
Up to 1 hour / £70
